Madhavi’s approach to yoga is very comprehensive and includes asanas (yoga poses) as well as Prana/Pranayama breathing exercises. I have been a student of hers for several years, and have benefited immensely. My asthma, overall strength, agility and balance have all improved over time. Madhavi is very patient and knowledgeable, and I can’t imagine a better instructor. I would highly recommend this program to everyone including beginners regardless of age.

I joined the Yoga classes offered by Madhavi Nadendla and find them to be very beneficial. I like Madhavi's instruction style. She is well prepared and organized for the classes.The sessions start with warm-ups, followed by Asanas and finish with Pranayama. During the Pranayama breathing exercises, I feel her soft tone, brings calmness to both mind and body.She connects with each student, pays attention and guides to ensure postures are done correctly.

I like that these are offered Online, makes it very convenient. Despite done remotely, I find them to be effective because of the way Madhavi carries out these sessions.Her genuine personality and passion for teaching yoga makes it more enjoyable.
