Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga

The lesson includes practices that are soothing and nourishing for the mind and body, promoting wellness for the mother and the baby.
Comforting self massage, simple and effective asanas (yogic postures), soothing breath work (pranayama) and meditation are taught for the comfort and benefit of mother.
Sessions are 45 minutes duration and are offered in person or online for individuals and groups.
